The notion that we are here to acquire spiritual lessons is untrue. There is no such thing. The notion is derived from mind rather than heart energy. A thought of the mind as opposed a thought from the heart is not of the light.
A living person can attach to you psychically. Although we may forgive both ourself and others for a situation, the energy will remain stored in our aura until the density is cleared.
A non living earth entity or person may come into us. When we argue entities will be attracted to come in, accompanied by their own thought forms.
